All the paper from this card is from the SEI  Vanilla Sunshine paper pack. I made the tag from Elegant Edges cartridge.  It can be found on page 58 on the handbook, cut at 3 inches.  The ribbon is velveteen to give the card some texture.  I used light green pearl pen to embellish the round tag.
