Contraband? Really?

I received a note from one of the recipients of my "secret project" cards.  This received notification that I had sent something, but was considered contraband and they could not receive it.  When I called to find out what I sent that was contraband, I was old that I ma not allowed to send any home made items. So, I guess this one particular person will get hand written notes instead of cards.
